DAY 1: Duck Egg Threads

Duck Egg Threads is a specialist online fabric shop selling wide range of Liberty Tana Lawn prints (both the classics and the seasonal releases). Tailored to quilters and crafters, who often do not need to buy larger pieces of a premium fabric when only a little is needed, their Liberty Tana Lawn is sold in the very useable sizes of fat eighths (33cm x 50cm) and fat sixteenths (33cm x 25cm). They also have a

Duck Egg Threads also stocks the Pure Elements line of solids from Art Gallery Fabrics – which work really well with Liberty lawn, as they have a very similar feel. Really usefully, there’s also a range of notions that’s small, but absolutely perfectly formed if you are interested in hand sewing and/or English Paper piecing – and who isn’t when you are sewing with Liberty lawn? So there are Aurifil threads in all the right colours (shades of grey and cream of course!), Black Gold needles, Clover clips, quilting pins, and my favourite Sewline glue pen, amongst other goodies.

I know you want to know about the prize…. can you guess??
