Taking no credit!

I am getting an awful lot of pleasure from the way that people are using Liberty fabrics from my shop to make fabulous things and show wonderful creativity. I really wanted to share some of the gorgeous goodies that have captured my attention recently on my Facebook page. First up there’s this fabulous applique VW Campervan:

It’s by the brilliant Jane & Louise at Ellabella (All Things Crafty). I love the choice of fabrics – and the placement of the little flower to indicate the VW logo is awesome. It’s on the front of a fab little jute lunchbag – you would surely be the envy of your work/school colleagues with a lunchbag like this!

My virtual friend Jacqui (we’ve known each other for more than 7 years online but never met – maybe one day I hope!) has been a fabulous customer and is just starting out making things to sell (got to support that fabric habit somehow!) – you can find her at Tickled Spink on Facebook. She has made some gorgeous applique T-shirts for little ones – I think they look fab.

Finally, here’s a gorgeous pouch from Jo at All Stitched Up – I love the shape of this, and the patchwork panel is stunning, and (of course) it looks great against the linen.

Thanks to Jane, Jacqui & Jo (oh look, all the Js!) for letting me have pics to share. If you have made something with my fabrics that you’d like to share, then please get in touch via email or on my Facebook page.

Meanwhile, if you are now feeling inspired by all this loveliness, I have lots of new patchwork packs in stock at Very Berry Fabrics (be patient, it’s really slow today due to this BBC piece I think). And there’s a special offer for readers of my very first ever newsletter. Enjoy!

  1. This is so cute ~ I have a friend that had a VW camper, she had to sell it and misses it a lot. I’ll have to making this for her!

  2. I love the camper van. Now I don’t know if she is using your fabrics or not but take a look at the fairy houses on Used To Bees blog using Liberty scraps as they are gorgeous.

We always love reading your comments... go ahead, say hello!
