It’s Sunday again! How quickly it seems to come round… I have exactly 90 mins to put this together, so if it becomes a bit short a sweet, I hope you’ll forgive me! I have fabric to cut and pencil cases to make..
There’s 178 comments (and counting!) on the latest Fabric Rehab giveaway, so I am guessing that a lot of you have spotted this one already… but for what it’s worth, they are giving away a huge bundle of gorgeous prints from the Lovely and City Blocks collections:

Good luck with this one! Such a generous prize, as usual from Fabric Rehab.
Simply Solids is under new ownership – the lovely Justine, who you might know from Sew Justine Sew, has taken over from Mandy. I’d like to wish Justine lots of success with her new venture, and Mandy lots of luck with her new job. To get things going with a bang, Justine is giving a free FQ with every order between now and Saturday 22nd September.
I have been entering every Liberty Lifestyle giveaway I can find in an attempt to win some of these gorgeous fabrics…. and there’s another one to have a go of at Avery Homestore via Jo’s Bearpaw blog:

Jo has also put together some gorgeous LL bundles in the shop – the Fat 8th bundle is especially tempting at just £16.99. For the duration of the giveaway (until Wed 19 Sep) you can also use the code LIBERTY to get 10% off any fabric purchase at Avery Homestore.
The Village Haberdashery have added loads of new stuff to their Sale Section, so it’s a good time to have a browse. TVH now has the full range of Chicopee (Denyse Schmidt’s latest) now in stock, and just in time for the chillier days of autumn, they also have Cloud 9’s Nursery Flannels. You can also stock up on Melody Miller’s Ruby Star Rising and Ruby Star Vinyl AND get 10% off with the code MELODY10. I LOVE how there is always something going on at TVH..!
Momo’s Oh Deer seems to be arriving in shops now. Patch has the quilting weight version and the canvas weight too, which would make fabulous bags..

I haven’t mentioned Patch Fabrics for a while, and it’s about time I did because the shop has had a nice revamp, and is a lot easier to use.
Dragonfly Fabrics now have a couple of Anna Maria Horner’s velveteens in stock now, as well as some gorgeous flannels from AMH’s Folksy and Loulouthi collections. I’ve mentioned their boiled wools before, because I’d love to do something quilty with them, but they also have a great blog post about dressmaking with boiled wool, which is well worth a read (especially as I am sitting here shivering!). I love the shape of this sweater, and it looks pretty easy to create too:

Time’s up! Table is required for the twins’ tea, so I have to clear up my things… hope you find something of interest somewhere in that little lot!
