What a difference 12 days make!

One of the great things about home schooling is that we can nip out for a walk whenever we please…. whatever the weather. Our last two walks couldn’t have been more different.

It’s been such a glorious day today.. made even better by the fact that it’s my birthday.. 🙂  Sandy took the large hints I dropped on Pinterest and bought me these beautiful bowls from Little Wren Pottery.

I shall enjoy my morning porridge all the more when I get to eat it out of my beautiful new bowl..  I feel very lucky!

Hope you’ve had a great day too, even if you didn’t get any  birthday presents..

  1. Happy Birthday for yesterday. Sounds like you had a good day. I’m looking forward to mine tomorrow.
I imagine the Three Bears ate their porridge from similar bowls 🙂

  2. happy birthday! Your bowls are lovely. I got a yarn bowl from Little Wren for Christmas and it’s just beautifully made, I hope to own more of her pieces in future.

  3. A glorious day indeed… and what a perfect day to celebrate your birthday 🙂 I hope you’ve enjoyed your special day… those bowls are fabulous!

    1. Ah, you’re in agreement with my husband there Nikki, he doesn’t like porridge either. I didn’t used to, but I’ve rather come round to it these days. Thanks for the birthday good wishes.
