Weekly fabric update

Downtown Dot by Alexander Henry from Fancy MoonI don’t know if you’ve checked out the brilliance that is the new Fancy Moon website yet?  It’s incredibly slick and fast moving, with big, clear pictures of the fabrics. One of the great new features is the ability to buy Fat Quarters or metreage all from the same product page – very cool! There’s even more reason to pop round there at the moment because they have lots of gorgeous new fabrics in stock. My Paypal account is shaking with fear!  There’s some really nice stuff, including Heather Ross’ Far Far Away III. My own personal must-have is this funky atomic-style print (Downtown Dot) from Alexander Henry. Love it.

Another shop with some Far Far Away III in stock is M is for Make. They also have some cute new Kokka, Ruby Star Rising and Ruby Star Spring. Best of all, if you are in search of bargains – there’s a fabulous sale on at the moment with a really good choice including Echino, Heather Ross, Cloud 9 and MoMo fabrics.

You have a little bit of time left to take advantage of The Quilt Room’s free postage offer this weekend – now would be a good time to stock up on your quilting supplies because The Quilt Room has a really great range. They’re also working on a brand new website, so it’s worth adding this shop to your bookmarks and checking back to see the changes.

There’s some good special offers on at Fabric with Love at the moment – including quilt kits and Jelly Rolls. They’re also still offering a free mini cloth bundle (fat 8th bundle) with all orders over £30.

If you are wondering about The Fabric Loft’s Sunday Stash offer, this week it will be a Tuesday Treat instead..

But as well as all this, you also get a chance to win a copy of Whip Up Mini Quilts and Playful Patchwork (kindly donated by Gone to Earth) and also a chance to win this super-cute PJ pull-ons pattern from Sweet Dreams (kindly donated by Sew Me Happy). 1. Thanks, this is a great round up. I’m definitely going to check out some of these. I agree with you about Fancy Moon, they have one of the best ranges of fabrics I’ve found. I’m always put off buying from though as their p&p is pretty steep and they add VAT on at the checkout which straightaway adds another 20%. I once bought 2 metres of fabric and was stung at the checkout for almost £9 additional.
    Thanks again!
