I’m still in Olympics-withdrawal mode – it was all such a lot of thrills, spills and excitement! There were so many wonderful moments, but one of my favourites had to be the incredible horizontal bar routine by Epke Zonderland in the men’s gymnastics – if you haven’t seen it, I urge you to check it out – it’s quite breathtaking! I watch it back often to remind me of what can be achieved when you hold your nerve. Maybe that will help with my free motion quilting…!
I wanted to do something to celebrate the joie de vivre of it all, so I’ve decide to put together a small, but perfectly formed (just like Epke in fact!) special offer in our Very Berry Fabric shop. So, from now until the end of August (or until they sell out… fingers crossed), any of the red, white and blue mini-bundles will come with a free Liberty scrap pack.
These are the bundles we have in stock just now – hope you see something to tempt you!
For the Win Liberty Mini-Bundle
Red, White and not so Blue Liberty-Mini Bundle
Sweet Success Liberty Mini-Bundle
And, if you’re a bit tired of the Olympics (I will move on, I promise)… I also have some lovely muted combinations. I adore how the greys, pinks and peachy orange work together in this bundle:

Rather pretentiously (can you tell how I enjoy coming up with these names…?!) I call this one the Frosted Peach mini-bundle.
And finally, there’s this gorgeous little bundle that I call Marigold Skies:
I hope you like this combo as much as I do. I think it would look smashing used with some grey/blue Essex linen – like this one that Kate has at M is for Make.

Because I can’t resist dinky Japanese fabrics I am joining in with Sarah’s Japanese Charm Swap… why not come and play?
Hope to see you there!

Gorgeous collections of fabric there
Thanks so much Katy. xx
Wow that gymnastics clip is amazing – hadn’t seen it, thanks for the link!
It’s brilliant isn’t it! Even my boys are blown away by it, and it takes a lot to interest them in anything that isn’t made by Nintendo!!
