Rainbows from the other side of the world..

I got my Mouthy Stitches parcel today, which is pretty amazing because it came all the way from Marg in Queensland, Australia. She must have been incredibly organised! I am so touched by all the thought that has gone into this pouch – it’s a paper-pieced rainbow wonder!

Aren't I lucky?! My rainbow pouch from Australia.

I love it so much – I feel pretty lucky. What you can’t tell from the photo is that it is fabulously roomy – so I plan to use it for my quilting rulers and templates. It will be perfect for that.. Stupidly I forgot to take a picture of the back, which is annoying because it’s just as pretty. Here’s Marg’s pic in the mean time.

And I got a delicious pile of scraps too:

Another lovely rainbow! Can’t wait to make use of these…

Thanks so much Marg!
