It’s time for an update on the Very Berry Scrappy Christmas Ornament Swap, now that I’ve assigned all the partners. Unlike my usual anonymous swaps, I’ve done a direct one to one swap this time because I wanted to match up tastes a little bit (well, as much as I could – there was a bit of guesswork involved). So here they are…
Vicky (Patchwork Palace) and Helen (Undomesticated Scientist
Toni (Lady Behave) and Leah (Sew to Bed)
Linnhe (Wee Mindings) and Jane (Flaming Nora)
Amy (Bits and Blobs by Amy) and Aliza (Seams so Easy)
Linda (Farm Girl at Home) and Louise
Gail and Rachel (Funnelcloud Rachel)
Jenny (The Gingerbread House) and Karen (Creative & Faithful)
Charlotte (Charlotte’s Plot) and Mary (Handmade by Mary Emmens)
Valerie and Ali (Very Berry Handmade)
Jane (Hooked Yarn) and Deborah (Sew Here Goes)
Debbie and Lynda
Now, don’t forget the Very Berry Scrappy Christmas Ornament Flickr group, where you can show off your work in progress, finished makes, and received ornaments in their full glory. And say hello to the other swappers just here.
Remember the rules:
- Make a Christmas ornament using mostly fabric scraps (can be any kind of fabric – cotton, felt, sparkly satins & silks – whatever you have) from your collection.
- Pack it up with any other little Christmassy treats for your swap partner that you want to include (it’s Christmas after all).
- Post your parcel by the 18th December, including your email so your partner can say thanks.
- Show us your work on Flickr (if you want to) or on your blog (if you have one).
- Have fun!

Good luck with the swap, I so wanted to join in but I’ve got so much going on up until Christmas.
